Welcome to HASU Welcome Week 2026! Get ready for an unforgettable week of activities, events, new mates and memories as we welcome new and returning students to Harper Adams Students Union from 20th - 27th September 2026.

Whether you're moving into halls for the first time or returning for another year, Welcome Week is the perfect opportunity to meet people, explore campus and get involved with student life.

Evening Events

Sunday 20th September
Halls Top Night (1st Years Only)
Meet your fellow freshers and represent your halls at the first big social of the week.

Monday 21st September
Anthems (1st Years Only)
A night packed with all the biggest singalong hits and student favourites.

Tuesday 22nd September
Big Fat Quiz (1st Years Only)
Put your knowledge to the test with a fun-filled quiz night and plenty of laughs.

Wednesday 23rd September
FLOCK Presents: VK Party (All Years)
Join us for a colourful midweek party featuring your favourite VK flavours and great music.

Thursday 24th September
Bingo Lingo (All Years)
A high-energy mix of bingo, music, challenges and prizes.

Friday 25th September
Karaoke Night in The Welly (All Years)
Sing your heart out and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends.

Saturday 26th September
Music Bingo (All Years)
A twist on traditional bingo where music knowledge could win you great prizes.

Sunday 27th September
Back 2 School (All Years)
Close out Welcome Week in style with our Back 2 School themed party.

This event sells out so don't delay on tickets...

This event is open to all students.

Shuttle buses are provided to and from the B&M Car Park Bus Station. 
The cost of this service is covered in the ticket price.

Schedule - 9pm-11pm to campus / 1am-2.30am to Newport High Street.

Halls Top Night is the chance to make new friends, experience your first night out in The Barn and have an amazing start to your Welcome Week!

Halls tops are available to purchase at the SU Moving In Station on Sunday 20th September in The Barn.
