Club & Society Team Photos 25-26

These will take place on Wednesday 29th April, between 11am–3pm, in 10-minute time slots. Photos will be taken outside the Main Building.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your slot, as the schedule is tight and we won’t be able to accommodate delays.

Benches will be provided for your team. If you’d like any props or items included in your photos, please bring them along with you.

When emailing, please include a time preference (either 11am–1pm or 1pm–3pm). Time slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If the weather isn’t suitable on the day, photos may need to be moved indoors.

If demand is high and all slots are filled, we may add an additional day—this will be confirmed if needed.

Once all clubs and societies have been allocated a time, we will send out a final schedule confirming all bookings and details for the day.
