We realise that sometimes mistakes are made. If you are not happy with the service you have received or the behaviour of a member, officer or staff of the Union we would like you to tell us. We will investigate your feedback or complaint, let you know the outcome and do everything we can to put things right. Our commitment is to respond to you as quickly as we are able and we aim to do so within 5 working days of receiving your communication.
All matters will be dealt with under our HASU Complaints Policy.We take all complaints very seriously, if you need to make us aware of something, please use this form to do so. If you wish to keep your complaint anonymous, please leave the Name and Email fields blank, however, if you wish to receive updates on your complaint you will need to fill these in. All complaints made below will be sent to the Students' Union Director. In the event the complaint is involving the SU Director, please contact the SU President on firstname.lastname@example.org.
