Mission Statement:
We are the Harper Adams Archery Club (HAAC), an inclusive and welcoming new club aiming to bring the age-old sport of Archery back to Harper. We are looking for people with all abilities, from absolute beginners to seasoned target shooters. We will be joining the Midlands/ Birmingham leg of the BUCS Archery league and, therefore, will be competing both as a BUCs society and also as a university team at local Archery meets. We run socials at least twice a month, with members under no pressure to drink if they do not want to.
In order to practice and get better, we will be training at least once a week, with this number set to increase when competitions draw nearer.
Any questions or queries, please email the Chair, Edward Sené, at 22277200@live.harper.ac.uk
A full year's membership for the club will cost £100. This will grant access to all club equipment and the club range, as well as access to competitions with Harper. A first-time membership includes a beginner's course run by a level one coach will cost £170. Both memberships will, of course, allow access to all socials/ potential trips and seminars that may be organised in the future. First-time memberships are essential for those who have not previously completed an 8-hour training course.
