This is a postage option for those who have already ordered course clothing and are unable to collect from campus. Please be aware that items are posted at your own risk and HASU will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged during transit.
You will be able to pay for postage and provide us with your postal address until 1pm on Thursday 10th June via the SU website. Once we have collated the addresses of all those wishing to have their items posted to them, we will begin the packaging process and all items will be posted together in bulk. It may therefore take up to two weeks for the items to be processed and posted.
If you ordered multiple items, you will need to ensure you select the correct postage option so that we can post your items together.

FAQs
What if I don’t want to pay for postage?
If you do not wish to pay for postage, you are welcome to wait until the new academic year to collect your items from campus. Items can currently be collected from the SU offices on the first floor of the Faccenda building. No further group collection slots will be held this academic year.
I am an international student. Can you still post my items to me?
If you are currently residing outside of the UK, please contact us directly at studentsunion@harper-adams.ac.uk so that we can make individual arrangements to have your items posted to you.
What if I cannot remember how many items I ordered?
Please login to your account on the SU website and click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner. If you head to the transactions area, you will be able to view the items you ordered. Please make sure you select the correct number of items as we will be searching through the boxes of course clothing for the number of items you have paid postage for and will only be sending that number of items to you.
What company are you using to post my items and what are the prices based on?
All items will be posted using Royal Mail and the prices are taken directly from the Royal Mail Price List based on parcel weights. The prices are as quoted by Royal Mail as the SU has no intention of making a profit from this postal service.
