Outdoor Group Fitness Classes
Outdoor Group Fitness sessions:
Beginners - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Legs, Bums & Tums 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Advanced - 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Led by our friendly resident PT Charlotte, these sessions will are for all students to come along and get fit together! All kit is provided, just make sure you bring:
- Your booking receipt
- Suitable grippy footwear
- Suitable clothing for training outdoors
- Your own water bottle
All activities and events will be conducted in accordance with the relevant guidance published by UK Government and Harper Adams University. Changes have been made to the operation of all events and venues to comply with social distancing guidelines.
All events and venues will have clearly marked flow routes to ensure students are directed to their allocated zone, have access to specific toilet facilities and are able to return to their zone in a socially-distanced manner.
By buying a ticket you are agreeing you are suitably healthy to take part and have had no symptoms of Covid-19 or been in contact with anyone who has had Covid-19.
