Engineering Society Trip to McConnel Ltd

McConnel was the first company in the world to launch a tractor-mounted hedgecutter and has led the way in innovation throughout its 85-year history, offering parallel arm geometry, hi-reach arm geometry, Variable Forward Reach, and hands-free cruise control.

Launched in 1935, the company has grown from a small shed in Martley, Worcestershire, to a world leader in green maintenance, remote control, and cultivation technology. Now with It's own factory in Ludlow, Shropshire

- We will be meeting in the AEIC Car Part at 9:15 - We won't be able to wait for too long so make sure to be on time!

- The drive is 1hr 15min (Excluding traffic) predominantly on A and B roads.

- Lunch will not be provided on this trip. We should be back to Harper for 14:00, but please feel free to bring a packed lunch!
