Please complete all 4 documents to re-affiliate your Club/Society or affiliate your approved new Club/Society.
All student groups must have up-to-date copies of the following documents:
- Your Constitution
- Your Annual Budget
- Your general/regular activity or sports club training Risk Assessment
- Your socials activity Risk Assessment
There is guidance on all documents on how to complete them and what to include. Please Date, Sign and Submit these to Activities prior to our re-affiliation deadline.
