You don't need a 4x4 to join HAUORC! Feel free to come along, where you can take part in many activities, from our trials series to mechanics to green lane trips and pay and play days!!
We’re an open and inclusive club looking to get students from all backgrounds both with experience in 4x4s and people who are completely new to Off Road Driving to join. We’re well known at Harper for being one of the best clubs to be part of, with a great exec team, whose job it is to make sure our members have the best time!
We have a calendar of events that can be found on the SU website and regular Off Road trails on the weekends, where all members are encouraged to attend. . We also hold regular socials, where members can have a drink if they choose to, but it’s not mandatory. We compete in the Motorsport UK and All Wheel Drive Club Events and always finish high up on the board with our very own Land Rover Defender Challenge truck and tricked up Suzuki Vitara!
It’s easy to join and members should be a part of it to enjoy the benefits of being in the Off Road Club. Membership is only £55 for the year which makes it one of the most affordable social clubs around!
Our Social Calendar is packed with exciting events and includes:
So come down on a Wednesday afternoon to test your skills and learn more on the off road track, in the workshop or soil hall and get involved. What we’re up to each week will be posted on our Facebook group, if not please drop us a message to find out more and how to join in the fun.
You don’t need a truck of your own to join and you don’t need to have driven off-road before, we will teach you. All we require is that you have a driving licence, but even if you don’t you can still ride passenger and spectate!
