Your Feedback

This feedback board is your chance to share what's on your mind about the university, the SU, and your uni experience.

It is a space for discussion, questions, and answers, but if you need urgent support please go to University Life - Student Support - Emergency help | Harper Adams University.

The feedback you submit can be about anything from your Students' Union to University IT services or Facilities. Or anything else!

HASU works in partnership with the University, and relevant University staff will have access to this Board to comment and provide updates on your feedback.

Feedback is also discussed at the termly Student Experience Group (SEG), chaired by your SU President and attended by all Department Reps.

After submitting feedback, you can expect an initial response no later than 5 working days. Updates will be provided when work has progressed but at a minimum of once a term at the Student Experience Group meeting.

In the case that an item of feedback cannot be completed or resolved, an honest and clear reason will be provided. The feedback will then be marked as 'Not Possible.'

Your Students' Union monitors this Feedback Board so if you would like more information or have any questions, please email studentsunion@harper-adams.ac.uk.

As well as sharing feedback you can vote on suggestions from others, and track which suggestions have been completed or aren't possible. To submit feedback, make sure you’re logged into your account. Once logged in, the "Submit Your Feedback Here" button will appear below.

    Last minute timetabling changes

    Current
Students asked us to address Timetabling difficulties that have popped up this year. Particularly last-minute room changes that have caused problems with personal and work commitments.

2:08pm on 9 Jan 26 From the Student Experience Group: A new technical integration now allows the SITS student record system to synchronise automatically with the timetable. While there have been initial issues, these are expected to stabilise in the coming weeks. The timetable now re-synchronises every three hours (previously once overnight), meaning unavoidable changes such as those caused by staffing issues should be visible sooner. The Timetabling department want to extend a big thanks to students for bearing with! They are confident that these issues have settled down and that the new system will help create increasingly sensible schedules.

2:10pm on 9 Jan 26 RESOLUTION: Department Reps to direct all timetabling queries to the Timetabling Office (timetabling@harper-adams.ac.uk).
