9:41am on 4 Nov 25 The Department Reps brought this feedback to the Estates and Facilities team at the Student Experience Group. The response is that thorough research shows that there is enough parking to accommodate all students. However students should not expect to be able to park near their class, necessarily. They should be prepared to park at a distance, keep their car in one space all day, and walk from class to class.

2:46pm on 16 Jan 26 Following the discussion of parking concerns at the Student Experience Group, the following ACTIONS were given: ACTION: Health & Safety to follow up on removal of off-road vehicles from student car parks. ACTION: APVC Learning, Teaching and Digital to remind lecturers to finish sessions on time. ACTION: Student Services to communicate where parking is typically available during peak times.

11:27am on 21 Apr 26 UPDATE TERM 2 SEG: All but one abandoned vehicle has been moved, and the university is going through the appropriate process with DVLA to address this.

11:37am on 21 Apr 26 UPDATE TERM 2 SEG: Feedback about parking availability and closures was discussed. Estates will aim to explain reasons for car park closures more clearly when possible. Students can email the parking team for advice on quieter alternative car parks.
