Feedback highlighted occasions where cleaners or maintenance staff entered rooms without enough notice. Students passed on feedback to Department Reps that they would appreciate more notice when rooms are to be entered.

The Department Reps brought forward this concern at the Student Experience Group. The University confirmed that a clear protocol already exists. Estates agreed to retrain internal staff and contractors to ensure the protocol is followed consistently.
