Conservation

Harper ConSoc is a relaxed, friendly society who meet regularly to have fun and learn from each other and our experiences. We have some socials throughout the year, but an important part of our motto is a “no pressure to drink” attitude at socials and no initiations. We carry out a variety of voluntary work on campus and in the local area in order to help conserve parts of our local habitats and gain real world experience.

Despite the society name, we are open to all course areas across Harper. You do not have to be a countryside, geography or wildlife student to be a member of the society, so long as you have a keen interest in developing your knowledge and practical skills in conservation, this is the society for you. We would love to see lots of new faces this year, so if you are interested in joining, you can find us at this years freshers fair.

This years exec team is made up of three 2nd year students, Eloise (chairman), Rebekah (Treasurer) and Wren (Secretary).
