Hoorah Henry: 11:05pm on 11 Dec 15 Just a quick line on the help to improve taxi services to advise that I have given service as a licensed taxi as depicted in your photo caption for the last eight years and endured many trips with drunken...sick...abusive passengers.After midnight expect a fare to Newport high street of about eight pounds.I know of three other licensed hackney cabs that have given good honest service and as you now see fit to issue a complaint form to your little darlings advise I am going to bed tonight and I hope you all get home quickly and safely .
